Fishing nets - back blip.

Homeward bound, via the scenic route. First stop was How Hill in the broads to see toad hole cottage - an eel catchers cottage - and a few wind pumps.

Then the broads museum to see some boats, tools and bizarrely a collection of toilets. Then onto Southwold.

What a quirky little place. The pier is really something quite unusual with lots of homemade arcade machines, such as getting the granny across the road in her Zimmer frame, or racing boats by bouncing up and down on your seat. Truly bizarre. Wanted to go up the light house but they were running late and due to close. The church was great - both on the outside with the flint patterning and on the inside with the ornate wood carving. Drove down to the south side of town where there is a little harbour. Lots of very photogenic seaside things, such as these nets.

Finally on to Dunwich (the town that is falling into the sea at a rate of about 3 feet every year). Some houses looking scarily close - only another few years.

Then the long drive home and back to reality. Booooo!
