Early start to volunteer at Parkrun ( Lord Mayor was there, had to not swear for an hour ), followed by catching the women's triathlon final, going for a ten mile run, then met up with Mr John, Nikos , Dr Mackem and Mr M for a couple of drinks. Within 5 mins of meeting the Dr we were discussing The Brownlees

Yet another day all about the sport but the view of this lady was a peaceful contrast as I left the park.
