Saltaire.

Up early so completed some ink studies that I'd been trying to get done for a couple of weeks. The wind and rain meant that tennis was out of the question and so we decided used to drive over to Salts Mill in Saltaire to see the Hockneys' and get a bite to eat.

Everything was much as I'd remembered it and we had a pleasant, and dry, time wandering through the different galleries. At the very top of the mill was an exhibition by a number of artists who had been given the brief of responding to the buildings's original history. There were a number really good pieces but this one was my favourite, mainly because it altered so dramatically as you moved around it and yet seemed so delicate.

Sun finally came out again this evening.
