The oldest house in town

This is the oldest house in Katja's home town of Gustrow, northern Germany.

My first attempts to find out more about it were not so successful: I got as far as "it's really old".

But with a little tenaciousness I found out that it's called the Kerstinghaus, named after the painter Georg Friedrich Kersting who was born there. And from the numbers on the front it looks like it was built in 1607, making it, indeed, quite old.
