Caffeine prescription

Busy day at work followed by rush hour towards Liverpool to spend some time with my dad before evening visit to my mum.

They have pinned her broken arm and she already has some movement back into it. May seem a small thing in the grand scheme but will make life a lot more comfortable for her.

Thankfully for me the modern hospital no longer relies on wrvs and camp coffee, so a double espresso helped me with the drive home in the dark.
