Refrain from horse riding...

Back home after my 'procedure' I'm now following the advice in the NHS leaflet which suggests that I refrain from horse riding for 24 hours. Iis going to be hard but I'll try. I've manged to refrain from horse riding for more than 55 years so I'm getting desperate but I suppose one more day of denial won't matter. The sedative I had is interesting stuff, I'm not sure whether this polar bear is real or not....
