Coming in to Land

I took lots of similar shots this morning but have chosen to blip this one as it's the first time I've captured an in-flight insect even remotely in focus! The flowers are faded now and looking very tatty around the edges but the hoverflies and wasps don't mind!

Have spent the rest of the morning grocery shopping and chatting to friends on the phone so time now to tidy up before preparing an early dinner and then taking Rob to football training.

Thank you to everyone who wished Rob's school team good luck yesterday, they won 6-1 so can hold their heads high on Saturday!
