There is a Little League Baseball Park directly adjacent to the office where I work. I have walked around the periphery of the grounds many times during my lunchtime travels, but today is the first time I noticed this: a chain and lock to make sure no one gets in.

I don't remember any locks like that on playgrounds and parks when I was growing up. Maybe that's why most kids these days would rather sit in front of an X-Box than go outside.
