What?

If you can sit at the computer all day, why can't I sit on it when your lap's not available?
This new habit is starting to annoy me - laptop nearly landed on the floor a while ago. Left it almost closed when I left the room later,foolishly thinking that would stop her, but no - she managed to shut it completely and lie on top.
Sewing lady here today - there are still a few around - and managed to mend, alter and make in a day what would have taken me months, even if I ever got past just thinking about it.
Just took lovely young visitors to the airpor - we'll miss them. Will console ourselves with the delicious cakes they made and left for us.
