Simple Simon?

Visited my hairdresser, Merville, this morning and had a little look around his garden. I found this handsome statue and decided to share him on Blip - I think Merville referred to him as Simple Simon - but I may be mistaken!

Went on afterwards to meet up with my friend M for lunch at our favourite garden centre. I'm afraid I succumbed to the temptation of cut price plants and bought a beautiful blue Salvia and a sort of Daisy thing! Oh, and some ericaceous compost and some grit.
