Chilli/flowers

I was really surprised this morning when I went to fertilise these two flowers (by sharing their pollen between them) and found that they already had the start of a chilli growing out through the centre of the flowers! Normally when the chilli gets to that size the flowers are way past their best, but these two still look so white and perfect.

Busy day at work - still got so much to do - but I was feeling a bit better today. Tim went home early from work feeling unwell, so think we've definitely both had a bug. So glad the weekend is finally here!
