My tulips are just emerging from my terrace pots. Lovely burnt orange tones. I decided (just for variety and effect) to put a texture over it.

We have spent a fair amount of time in the garden today.....moving dirt and cutting an edge. Then did some watering - it seems to be raining everywhere north of here but all we've had is fog which cleared to a cloudy cool day.

That bloody America's Cup.....had the first one in the bag, and was called off because of out of time. The second race we made an error which cost us dearly. At that point I said some choice words and walked out - couldn't take any more.
