Getting my baking hat back on

Haven't baked a proper loaf in ages. This was an I'd-better-clear-out-the-pantry kind of loaf, so it has a bit of everything, mostly white and whole wheat spelt flour from the local miller, a few pinches of poppy, coriander, fennel and caraway seeds, and a splodge of yogurt nearing its use-by date. Done freestyle, no recipe. Pretty good.
