Orchid in Flower

I have quite a few Orchids in my conservatory, they seem to flower when they want t, and this one has chosen now. There is a distinct peppery smell to the perfume of these beautiful, velvet looking flowers
All orchids have long names for each species, but I call this one Fiona, hehe
