Friends

I spent a great day with friends today! Choose your friends carefully and it’ll enrich your life. Thanks Davina, Val, David and Helen for today it was ace!

As part of the day I visited the New Theatre, Cardiff to see Formby, a brilliant one man show about the great entertainer George Formby. To hold the audience’s attention for an hour and forty minutes on your own is some challenge, but Ewan Wardrop rose to the challenge and was excellent! It was also an opportunity for the audience to join in with the songs, especially ‘Leaning on a Lamp-post’ and ‘When I’m cleaning windows.’ A super show!
