... after a week's break, and spent much of the morning dumping most of the contents of my in-box straight into the bin.

It was the usual offers from Lonely Natasha in Moscow, of shares in a Nigerian/ South African/ Belgian (eh?) legacy of millions if I reply with my bank account details to pay it into, miscellaneous extensions to my manhood, blue pills, yellow pills, white... and so on. I wonder what it would be like if they took the spam filters off???
