Jump

I'm getting a little concerned about my lack of training for this half marathon, so having welcomed Jonny home this morning we went on a good old brotherly run.

I was all for turning back at the statue from the other day, but he's got a bit hardcore in his old age and made us push on so we did a full 10k - plus an extra hill, plus a bit of long-jumping at the half-way point.

Incidentally, this photo records me jumping a full 9 metres, just further than Mike Powell's 22 year world record - sorry about that Mike. I'm sure he'll take my word for it, and accept that me doing it from the wrong direction is just an administrative detail.
