Third Year Abroad

By LittleLots

After another rather slow start to the day, we spent Saturday afternoon at the Alhambra. However, being typical students, refused to spend any money on tickets so we were restricted to visiting certain areas, mainly wandering the gardens which lead to nearly gatecrashing a wedding. Ended up at the Alhambra Palace hotel for a drink on their terrace which has an incredible view over Granada. By this point it was already 7pm so we wandered back for tapas at Brasilia, which has become our local. Despite having planned a more chilled evening, of course this was not to be. After a few tintos de verano and some drinking games, we ended up leaving the flat at about 1:30am to find a bar so it was yet another late night. So far it seems the main thing I've learnt about living in Spain is that it doesn't involve much sleep!
