There must be a story, and I couldn't help snatching a picture when I saw Lieutenant Colonel Parker's chest just tossed into the wood reclamation skip at Kingston tip. What became of Colonel Parker, and why is his chest being thrown away? I'll never know - unless somebody out there in Blipland knows different...
