freaking upset

So... the "owner" of the building where I live have decided that the net I have on my balcony to prevent my cat from falling from the 6th storey... is "unsightly". And they ask me to take it off, mentioning that I didn't ask for permission...

First, the net is t r a n s p a r e n t, and you can barely see it. Especially if you are in the street, 6 storeys lower...
And... since february, there is a big hole in the outside wall of my balcony (problem with water), and they didn't do a thing to repair it.
Honestly...
