first day of fall

Gray sky, some light rain but still so warm, that even some Rhododendrons bloom. This picture was taken from the deck of an abandoned big restaurant building on the river. The upcoming tide fills the river bed and I collect some seeds of the wild anise plants, that make a porc roast taste so delicious.
