Exciting moments

Tonight I was just about to go running as a fire alarm sounded somewhere in the building. It turned out there was a fire in the apartment across the hall in my floor.

I had to stay in my apartment waiting for the fire department to clear the situation. Just to be on the safe side, I packed the cats, so I could leave with them quickly. Whether in reality I could have brought the cats with me if situation got serious, I don't know.

This time all went smoothly. Cats stayed in their boxes for half an hour wondering if I had lost my mind. And finally I got to go out and do my exercise.
