The beginning!

I've been a bit distracted lately to blip, however I have another cake due for Saturday. It's going to be a lemon flavoured, four tier, 30th birthday cake. There's something like 28 eggs and 1.5kg of sugar, butter and flour. Not to mention the decorating paraphernalia of fondant and buttercream. It's going to be a behemoth. Picture of cake evolution will follow no doubt. I just hope I can pull it off
