The waiting...

The scene is set for the midweek eucharist in St Paul's on Bute (snapped from the balcony in the church). A slightly wonky little table, things not quite straight. But something is about to happen. Holy Mysteries, communion, mass: there are so many names for this central activity in Christian life. The body of Christ (the people) gather around the body of Christ (insert appropriate eucharistic theological statement here). As an Anglican/Episcopalian priest: central to all we do.
