Wet grass

OH away overnight for work so I had to get up even earlier than normal to do a good hour's doggy walk before getting to work for my usual 8 o'clock start.

It was dark, cold and drizzly. I was hoping for a nice sunrise shot or something but no chance, there was no sun, it just got marginally lighter but still soggy and gloomy.

This shot was taken on our after work walk. It had stopped raining by then but the grass was still really wet.

Hubby back later on this evening so thankfully he'll be around 1st thing tomorrow morning.
