Roast potatoes

Roasties just peeping out of the oven. Off for a long weekend with friends tomorrow so have spent all evening roasting potatoes to have for dinner tomorrow. Pasties (plate sized)were made 2 weeks ago!)
If only there was a perfume that smelt of roast potatoes...
