More plums

Spent a fair part of this afternoon processing more plums.
The bottle on the left is just plain, the one on the right has a spiced, brandy syrup (water, honey, brandy, orange zest, cinnamon & star anise - a bit of cinnamon stick is to be seen). There are also ones being dried, some were stewed and others made into a savoury sauce for fish.
The next lot will go into cakes and then I should be finished.
