Shelf.

I was demonstrating the Spica app to one of my pupils earlier today. We used the shelf behind my desk to see how it could be used to add drama and accentuate monochromatic tones. The objects that can be seen are all themed around the portrait and make reference to Chuck Close and Georgia O'Keefe as well as techniques involving wire, plaster and clay, as well as paint.
