Sunflower

A very busy day began with furniture shifting, a visit to a local church coffee shop followed by visit to a friends craft shop & off to order new bathroom flooring from a local shop. I had to head to Ikea to price an item for insurance then the supermarket to price toilet rolls also for insurance purposes! Quick lunch & a visit to an elderly friend in hospital was followed by more moving of furniture & boxes. Seemed little time to blip so this sunflower is in the vase in the entrance hall!. I am now in Earlsferry for a couple of days rest!
