Cake!!!

My son was 11 on Thursday, and I asked him what he wanted to do for his birthday. "I'd like a minecraft party". So I started planning a minecraft birthday cake. Now I admit I had never attempted to bake and decorate a cake before, but was up for a challenge. It's actually 3 layers of Madeira cake, with butter icing between layers 2 & 3, and butter icing/jam between layers 1 & 2. Chocolate frosting around the outside, and green icing on top. Had to cheat for the figures on top, bought them off eBay. However the construction and decorating was all my own work :)
