Cooking on Tuesday

It's been a miserable day in Edinburgh..rain, followed by rain, then some more.....come back summer please...

A long day in surgery today, a quiet relaxed evening in the kitchen thereafter. stir fry tonight, chicken, chillies, garlic, soy, on a bed of cabbage and spring onion.....quite brilliant actually.....brightened up an otherwise rather dull day.....
