Plovers (I think!)

C. was on an early shift today so I decided to get up and go out for a walk as it looked like it was going to be a nice morning. It was lovely and I was too warm by the time I got home 2 hours later! Took lots of pics but liked the sun on these plovers (I am learning with birds and this is what they looked like in my bird book!) please correct me if I'm wrong! Best large. Will be putting extra shots on blipfolio/country walks 2. Went to an art exhibition later in the morning, my friend was one of the exhibitors, had a coffee, met another friend and then came home. Gardening this afternoon and then helping out at church harvest festival supper this evening.
