Superturtle!

This Midland Painted Turtle is happily sunbathing on this lovely Autumn day at McKenzie Marsh. All it needs is a little red cape! They typically stretch out their feet to get lots of warm sunshine on them. The water levels were up substantially. Quite a relief as it was getting perilously low.
