Usain Moment

Or is that an insane moment?.

Lovely run on the far western side of the moor with friends from the Aire valley. Lovely weather, route and running and the craic was good.

William pictured here commonly known as Gary had been itching to pose as Usain and so atop the Noon Stone he climbed for his pose.

Phil and Neil were a bit more northern about it.

We took in the Doubler Stones, and the Dew Stones.

We talked birds, rocks, geology, prohibition and it's effect on the Irish Whisky industry the emergence of craft beers, OS maps, rock carvings, bottled beer vs cask beer, shooting and hunting, managing the moor, rowan trees vs spruce planting, the poetry of Ted Huges and beer.
You know important stuff.
