Jurassic

I love ferns- they bring to mind dinosaurs and wild forests.
I have rescued these before they are cut down. It's a race to get to all the plants I want to dry/ press/ draw/ take rubbings of before The Head Gardener gets the shears out.
It's a lovely Autumnal day here with hints of bonfires and promise of caramelised pears for pudding tonight while we catch up on Strictly.
I wish I could dance like that- and wear dresses like that !
