The Millennium Commission

These signs are on a small wooden building near my Village. The building is unused and empty, very overgrown vegetation cover it at the front, you drive past without realizing it is there. Faded lettering under ' A Millennium Project' reads,' Part funded by the National Lottery'.

I wonder how other Millennium Projects have fared?

Seems a shame that this building cannot be put to good use. To be fair, there is a larger site across the road, I think this building was the original office block. I think the funding may well have gone to the newer site and bigger offices. All to do with woodland regeneration.

Any thoughts?
