Lasagne!

This is Carly, one of my younger colleagues, we've pretty much adopted her!

She's been waiting (impatiently) for around 3 years now to try my mums lasagne, and today her impatience was rewarded.

The dish was clean a few minutes after taking this shot, so I think she enjoyed it! ;-)
