A B&W blur!

I went to pick up new glasses today. I hadn't had my eyes tested for probably 10 years and surprise, surprise ... they've changed. BUT one eye is much worse than the other and the other had been helping it out. Now it has to work again and the world with the glasses on is a rather sick-making blur.

So, is this in focus or not, I don't have a clue? The black and white seemed to suit the fuzziness and the image.
