Evening golf

Michael was going to play a bit of golf after work and asked if I wanted to go along and have a go. Really he just wanted me to push his trolly, but I did get a try and, given I have never held a golf club in my life let alone hit a golf ball with one, I actually managed to get some of them a fair distance and in the right direction. I completely missed, scuffed and generally messed up the rest of the shots but I did better than I thought. I don't think it'll be something I do often, but I did enjoy the walk in the evening sunshine even if I was pushing the trolley and got a wet backside after slipping on the wet grass!
