The Rijksmuesum

The Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam is broadly considered being THE museum in the Netherlands - although I'm willing to battle that personally, as I know some other really nice ones too ;-)

One thing is beyond any doubt, it's a grand piece of architecture. After a TEN!! year renovation it has been reopened this summer and it's about time it had to feature in my Holland Promotion blips, so without anymore delay....let me introduce 'the Rijks'

Enjoy the view, but enlarging it is ofter considered nicer :-))
