Edinburgh College's 1st birthday

Attended the reception for the 1st birthday of Edinburgh College tonight, which was held in the restaurant at the Scottish Parliament. Amongst a number of speakers was Mike Russell MSP, the Cabinet Secretary for Education and Life Long Learning. In another guise he is Feorlean on blip. So given his prolific blipping I thought he should appear in one.
