Work :)

These are some of the amazing young people on an internship programme that I administrate, yesterday they were training on presentation skills today they presented their work experiences to an audience. I work for a Foundation who cover their salary and training costs for a year in one of the charities already known to us who must provide a meaningful work experience, its a really great programme. One of the young people was born deaf, has an IT degree and had been unemployed for 6 years until this opportunity came along - he used to avoid speaking, today he presented to the group :)
I'm really lucky to have a job like this!
