Stan cycling the Timberland Trail in Ashton Court, Bristol this morning.

Our first proper off-road ride - slightly ironic because after cycling with heavy-treaded off-road tyres for about the last 15 years I've just switched to slick road tyres which didn't really suit the terrain :-(

Anyway, it was jolly good fun and we only fell off once between us.
