Emily on my mind!

It's hard not to conjure up the amazing paintings of Emily Carr as i wander thro all those forests and parks, with so many mighty trees.....there were so many of these examples yesterday in Stanley park.....but it was such terrible lighting! this is in a big park close to morgan's home!

A quiet day on my own, did a bit of reading, listened to my familiar CBC - and some preparation for a little painting morgan and i want to do together! we'll see how it goes!

we're off to the Museum of anthropology this evening......i might find something more inspiring and change my blip, but maybe not!
