Haggis-ish

I love haggis, I'm even partial to this vegetarian version from famous haggis makers Mcsween of Edinburgh in the making of which no haggis is harmed.

The original Mcsween shop in Bruntsfield was just round the corner from our house and I can remember thinking it seemed a rather unfriendly looking place with a 1950's frontage (I think) and a rather dull window display advertising their haggis. The shop is gone now and Mcsween moved out of town to a factory Loanhead. But the haggis still tastes good.
