Orange grisette

I think its an orange grisette (amanita crocea) although I haven't seen one before and the spaniel wasn't keen on hanging around long enough for me to investigate. I'll pass by that way again and see how it develops.

In other news - the national sweet pea society photography competition results are in and I'm delighted to have got three seconds and a first for my seven entries. Most, if not all of my winners had appeared as blips.
