Two different approaches

As university is about to start tomorrow I thought that we should look at two different approaches to life here. You may judge what you will.

It was really sunny here today. We took a walk along the canal, where I hit myself for forgetting the camera, to a nice reasonably priced pub. Sat in the garden, ate, drank and enjoyed ourselves.
