Lake Naivasha Fish Eagle campsite

So the first day of the adventure, the group were united and having found our tour bus and guides we left a grey Nairobi and headed towards Lake Naivasha. \After a brief stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint we journeyed on to our campsite.

Tents erected and lunch eaten we set off by boat to Elsamere the home of Joy Adamson

We toured the house, saw a video and had a wonderful afternoon tea on the lawn overlooking the lake and watching the Colobus monkeys and Baboons tussling in the trees!

Return trip by road to camp, a quick beer before dinner and then early bed after a long day - first night in tents!!
