Waves from the SouthEast

The east side of Sumburgh Head was being well battered by waves from the south east this afternoon and the shipping forecast continues to be challenging. Was pleased not to be on the boat to/from Aberdeen last night, and I suspect they'll be in for a long bumpy crossing again this evening.

Have been caught out by October storms in previous years, hopefully it'll all be a bit calmer by the time I need to worry about the boat south.
