Autumn Falls on the Wharf

Canary Wharf is our New York replica, and I love it and hate it in equal measure. There's no doubting its majesty, but it's also a grotesque beacon of extreme wealth in one of the most deprived areas of town. It has the shopping I want, the transport I want and the films that I want, yet there's nothing original or inspiring about it at all.

My friend Chris and I went to the cinema, but 'Prisoners' turned out to be so dark and so long that our already over stressed moods were almost explosive afterwards. The Wharf really could do with a Walk-In Back Rub.
